As of October 1st, we are lowering our monthly fees for backup usage across the board to stay competitive while continuing to offer superior service and support. We are moving from a quarterly billing cycle to a monthly structure and only charging for the amount of data that you use and not by a predetermined quota amount. DataMate Backup will also be making some behind the scenes changes that include upgrading our servers, software, client applications, and storage capacity to keep up with the demands of your increased data needs. By implementing these changes, it will allow us to offer a higher quality backup solution at a lower monthly cost without sacrificing security, reliability, and maintaining your companies trust.
We have included our new rate sheet and applied these new amounts to your latest invoice, also included. We are only accepting payments by check currently but will be offering Credit Card payments online in the near future through our website.
